well balanced by softness of San Giovese grapes.

Was aged for 25 months in small and midium sized (up to 2000 litres) non tosted french oak barrels. 100% San Giovese grapes. Very long
fermentation and maceration in cement tanks. Mild filtration. 6 month refinement in bottles. Only 8000 bottles of this wine have been produced.
