Excellent year for our area. This wine has an extraordinary wideness of nose and mouth, both persistent and intense. Its colour is red rouby, and very clear indeed. Only a
very mild filtration was necessary.

Was aged for 10 months in small and midium sized (up to 2000 litres) non tosted french oak barrels. 100% San Giovese grapes. The grapes were
very ripe, and pretty long maceration (20 days) was carried out. Only 12000 bottles of this wine have been produced.
